New Book Showcases Rescued Dogs Who Help Others

A new book called New Lives: Stories of Rescued Dogs Helping, Healing and Giving Hope that tells the stories of abused dogs who were rescued and went on to become “working” dogs–helping the elderly, disabled, and others.

The author, Joanne Wannan, says she was inspired to write it by her “firm belief that all animals deserve respect and are worthy of a second chance.”

Indeed, it seems like an incredibly touching and beautiful subject–and a remarkable one, too–dogs that not only are rescued and recover from abuse, but also go on to help others.

During the month of April, a total of 30% of the profits from the sale of the book will be donated to animal rescues. so if you buy it, not only will you be getting poignant and deeply touching stories, but you will be helping to give more animals a second chance.

The book is available on Amazon.com . You can check out here:
