This morning, a Special Forces client of mine in London gave his opinion that security is relatively good in the city.

He attributed it to the general security forces in place there, the experience of the security in regards to potential terrorism threats, as well as England’s ability to use its military for security purposes.

In contrast, the United States has the Posse Comitatus Act (18 U.S.C. section 1385) which substantially limits the power of the federal government to use the military for law enforcement purposes on non-federal property.

Addition, England has Her Majesty’s Secret Service on call which the Queen can activate should other security measures fail.</description>
