Hatred and intolerance of the Jew--in this particular form--the Jewish state, is as permanent and predictable as breathing and taxes. The only Jews much of the world can manage to love or at least tolerate the thought of are dead ones---certainly not strong, self-reliant, successful, autonomous ones.
